Namun, bukan berarti masalah yang terjadi tidak bisa diatasi. Menurut penelitian terbaru menunjukkan bawah tubuh bisa &#8220;dikelabui&#8221; untuk membakar kalori lebih efisien, khususnya ketika kita berolahraga.<\/p>\n<p>Proses metabolisme merupakan ha;l yang penting bagi tubuh kita. Pada saat metabolisme, beberapa zat dipecah sehingga menghasilkan energi bagi proses vital. Sementara itu untuk zat lain yang dibutuhkan untuk tubuh akan disentesis. Pada proses kimia ini dinilai sangat penting untuk menghasilkan energi dan zat yang dibutuhkan kita untuk kita untuk mempertahankan hidup.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut ada beberapa cara sederhana untuk mempercepat metabolisme tubuh kita di pagi hari, diantaranya adalah :<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Berolahraga<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Dengan berolahraga akan mempercepat metabolisme serta membakar kalori lebih banyak. Aktivitas ini merupakan pilihan hidup sehat sepanjang hari. Ketika tubuh tidak beraktivitas, tubuh cenderung menginginkan makanan-makanan manis yang mengandung tinggi kalori.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Makan Apel<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Sebuah apel disetiap pagi juga dapat membantu mempercepat metabolisme tubuh. Hal ini dikarenakan, apel kaya akan zat pektin yang yang dapat mendorong proses metabolisme tubuh. Makanbuah apel sebaiknya dilakukan sebelum berolahraga agar tubuh mendapatkan energi dan mencegah rasa lapar.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Minum Air Putih<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Minum dua gelas air putih dipagi hari sebelum mulai beraktivitas sangat baik untukmembersihkan tubuh dari racun dan meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh. Mulai terapkan hal ini dan jadikan bagian dari gaya hidup sehat sehari-hari agar metabolisme tubuh kita menjadi lebih baik.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Minum Jus Sayuran<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Jus dinilai dapat meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh. Beberapa sayuran hijau, buah-buahan, dan beberapa biji-bijian tertentu yang kemudian dicampur dengan air kelapa dapat mejadi sebuah minuman yang menyegarkan dan menyehatkan. Jus sayuran dapat membantu melengkapi nutrisi tubuh, menjadi sumber energi, serta meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Regangkan Otot-otot<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Saat sampai ditempat kerja atau kantor, regangkan otot-otot dan tariklah nafas dalam-dalam. Hanya dengan meregangkan lengan diatas kepala, sedikit memutar lengan, dan menarik nafas dalam-dalam dapat melepaskan ketegangan serta membakar sejumlah kalori.
