Desmon Ginting

Desmon Ginting has over 25 years of experience in the professional world. In the 1990s, he worked in banking and capital markets. Since February 2001, he has focused on behaviour change, productivity improvement, and process mapping; working closely at the boardroom level for various companies across different industries, and since 2011, he has also been active as a professional trainer and coach.

Desmon earned his Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering in 1989 from Institut Teknologi Bandung (Bandung Institute of Technology), Indonesia. He received a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking in 1994 and a Master of Technology in Manufacturing and Industrial Technology from Massey University, New Zealand in 1996 — both accomplished through full scholarships. In 2023, funded by a full scholarship, he achieved his Doctoral degree (PhD) from Western Sydney University, Australia.
