Dr. Drs. Hary Soedarto Harjono, M.Pd.

Completed his elementary and secondary education in his hometown, Madiun (East Java). His undergraduate education in Indonesian Language and Literature Education was completed at IKIP Bandung (1988). His master’s education (S2) in Indonesian Language Teaching was completed in 1994 at the same institution. Furthermore, his doctorate in education in Language Teaching was obtained from the Indonesian Education University in 2001.

Since 1989 the author has been a lecturer at the University of Jambi. He has experienced as the Head of the Master Study Program (S2) in Educational Technology (2017-2021) and the Head of the Master Study Program (S2) in Indonesian Language and Literature Education (2021-2025) in the Postgraduate program at the University of Jambi. The author is also experienced as a consultant for the School Improvement Grant Program at the Department of National Education (2002-2023) and a consultant for the Central Independent Monitoring Unit (CIMU) (2004-2005), the Central Independent Monitoring Unit trusted by the government, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the British Council to monitor the implementation of the Scholarship program and the School Quality Improvement program.
