I Gede Budasi

I Gede Budasi is a professor in linguistics. He completed his postgraduate diploma in the Regional Language Center (RELC) in Singapore. Then, he was enrolled in the TESOL Program of Master of Education Faculty at University of South Australia, and completed his Master of Education in 1995. He completed his doctoral study in linguistics at the Faculty of Cultural Science of Universitas Gajah Mada. At present, he teaches at English Language Education in postgraduate program, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, Singaraja, Bali. His research interests lie in linguistics, especially historical and contrastive linguistics, cross cultural communication, and English for Specific Purposes.
