Dr. Suciyati Haji Sulaiman

Dr. Suciyati Haji Sulaiman has been teaching at the Language Centre, Universiti Brunei Darussalam for more than 15 years, specializing in academic writing and professional communication skills. Apart from teaching undergraduate modules, her role also includes designing and coordinating language and communication skills programmes for UBD community, government and private agencies in Brunei, as well as international institutions. Her research interests are in the areas of writing skills acquisition, innovative pedagogy and phenomenography that focuses on understanding learners’ behavior in order to develop models that can benefit learner’s experience of learning.
