Muhammad Sholahuddin is currently a PhD candidate at the Department of Economics in International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He is also a lecturer in Management Department, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (Central Java, Indonesia).
Moreover, he is also associated with Indonesian Economist Association, Islamic economist association and Shariah economy society association branch Surakarta where he is involved with organizing seminars, workshop, discussions and training. He received his Bachelors of Economica (SE) from the Department of Management, state University of Surakarta, Indonesia in 1998. His Master of Science (M.Si) was from the Shariah Economics and Finance (University of Indoneaia) in 2005. He has taken part in some national and international conferences both as a speaker and participant.
He has published some textbooks (Islamic Economics, Islamic Financial Institutions, World Economic Revolution with Muhammad, Dictionary of Islamic Economics and Business from A to Z, A Meaningful Life, and 7++ Tools for Speed Writing) and a few journal articles. His researches interest are: small and medium enterprises, Islamic microfinance, and business Coaching. He is also a Mendeley’s advisor, a trainer in Speed Writing, A Meaningful Life series, Statistics with SPSS, SEM, SEM-PLS, and Atlas.ti.
