There are three basic elements involved in the application of airline reservations: a. Appointment (between passenger and airline). b. Requirement needed by passenger and airline. c. Seat availability provided by airline. Airlines reservations is distinguished from other reservations transactions because of some facilities it has, such as: 1 . Wheel chair. 2. Stretcher. 3. Unaccompanied Minor handling. 4. Excess baggage.
