Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture has just launched a new curriculum for elementary and high school called 2013 curriculum which is implemented gradually starts from 2013 and nationally in 2014 (Kemendikbud, 2013c: 24). Teacher‟s trainings and workshops are held by the government gradually all over Indonesia in order to prepare the teacher toward this curriculum.  The launching of 2013 curriculum which emphasizes the teaching on “Scientific Approach‟ is inspired by the spirit of change and preparing the Indonesian human resources to be productive, creative, independent individual, innovative with good affective skill, faithful citizen, give contribution to the society and country and also be able to compete internationally (Kemendikbud, 2013a).

Writing is one of the four skills which usually found in syllabus of EFL class. It is an activity that involves all aspects of mind which also called productive skill. Hence, the process of writing is similar with speaking demanded on the ongoing learning experience. Specifically, writing assists people to form language, how to spell, how to put the idea together in a good plot. It becomes one way to enable people to express their thoughts to other. Writing is essentially a bridge of delivering messages between writer and reader. The message might be in form of pictures, codes, or words even sentences. These forms represent simple shape of writings. Writing may simply be said as putting ideas into written form.
