Sinopsis Buku Intensive Course Writing

To fulfill the demands of literacy competencies in English language teaching, the skill of writing becomes a need for students. The students are intended to understand the texts while being able to create their own. The book is created as a media for the students to learn intensive writing course. The design of the book follows the students’ need in basic English writing by providing samples of texts covering daily-activity topics, related exercises to enable the students in comprehending the texts, and the activities of writing based on the topic given.

The learning experiences are on writing of various discourses on the topics of basic classroom objects, colors, numbers, clothing, telling time, dates/month/day/year, weather/seasons, family members, self-identification, nationalities, professions, simple greetings, courtesy expressions, and money denominations. The explanations and exercises will cover: intonation and pronunciation practice; vocabulary and spelling; English grammar structure (tenses, affirmative, negative, question, yes/no, WH-questions, mixed questions); and idiomatic expressions.

No book is created without any kind helps and constructive suggestions from other supportive colleagues.
